Detailed Ordering Instructions
1. Select the items you wish to order and add the number of cases of each item to your order. Please note that when adding to cart, you are adding full cases, not items
2. When adding to your order you can use the shopping cart at the bottom of the tile and click multiple times to add additional cases, or you can click on the tile for more information and increase or decrease cases to your cart. Once you have items in your cart, you can click “Proceed to Check Out” in the bottom right corner to view your shopping cart and see what you have in your cart and check the total cost (excluding taxes and shipping). You can increase, decrease or remove items from your order in this screen as well.
** If you cannot find an item on the wholesale website, please contact sales at (403)-282-6600 ext. 3. We are still updating our digital catalogue, and we would gladly add the item to your order. **
3. Once you have completed adding your items:
a. review your shopping cart,
b. make any quantity or product edits and,
c. click the “Place Order” button
3. Please log out once you have submitted your order.
4. You will receive an order confirmation for your final approval.
5. When we have received your approval, you will be contacted by our sales staff once the order is picked or in regard to item substitutions and freshness dates.
Please note that moving forward physical invoice copies will no longer be sent with deliveries. Invoices will be emailed to the contact on file instead. A packing list will still be shipped with the product. Please ensure your team is aware to avoid any confusion.

Shipping Credits
Shipping Credits will be moved to palletized orders only, as we have more success delivering our product undamaged when it is palletized, rather than by courier. We can also offer more products palletized, as we have seen an increase in damaged goods through courier. The new shipping credits will be as follows
