instructions for use:
( 1 x bag of gelatine fix corresponds to 2-3 sheets of gelatine )
( 1 x bag of gelatine fix is sufficient for - 250mL of liquid, e.g. B. Juice or
250g cream, dairy products, fruit puree )
1. Preparation depending on the ingredients Attention: always stir in the sugar at the very end!
Note: Gelatin dishes do not work with fresh pineapple, kiwis, figs and papayas. These fruits contain an enzyme that dissolves gelatin.
Blanch the fruit beforehand or use canned fruit, as heat destroys the enzyme.
