If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, returns within 15 days of receiving will be accepted for exchange. Shipping charges are non-refundable, item(s) must be in saleable condition and in their original packaging. Shipping charges will not be refunded for returned item(s). Collect and COD returns will not be accepted.
For health and safety reasons any food related items will not accepted for exchange

Canada Post – all parcels are shipped Expedited as we receive the same rates as for regular service.
Canpar – can be used to most destinations within Canada, PO Boxes are the exception.
USPS – used for all US shipments, rates quoted also include customs charges.
Some items which are hazardous, very heavy or oversized may require additional charges. We will advise of any additional charges prior to shipment and it will be the decision of the customer to continue with the order or cancel for a full refund.
Edelweiss Imports reserves the right to increase or decrease the original shipping charge, but will only do so with the consent of the customer.
If at any time prior to the shipment departing, the terms are not agreed upon by both parties, Edelweiss Imports will cancel the order and refund the order in full.
