Directions:
1. Soak Gelatine leaves in cold water for 5 minutes (add Gelatine leaves one at a time)
2. express easily
3. If the ingredients are cold, warm the squeezed Gelatine leaves
while stirring until they are completely dissolved
4. If the ingredients are warm, dissolve the squeezed Gelatine leaves in them while stirring

Note: Gelatin dishes do not work with fresh pineapple, kiwis, figs and papayas. These fruits contain an enzyme that dissolves gelatin.
Blanch the fruit beforehand or use canned fruit, as heat destroys the enzyme.
