Dr. Oetker White Gelatin Sheets
10g 6 sheets per pack

Directions:
1. Soak gelatin sheet in cold water for 5 minutes (add one at a time)
2. Squeeze out excess water and dissolve the sheet in warm or hot liquid while stirring (depending on recipe).
3. For cold recipes, dissolve sheet in a small amount of warm liquid before adding to the cold mixture.

Note: Gelatin dishes do not work with fresh pineapple, kiwis, figs and papayas. These fruits contain an enzyme that dissolves gelatin.
Blanch the fruit beforehand or use canned fruit, as heat destroys the enzyme.
