Dr.Oetker Bundt Cake Mix with Glaze

Additional Ingredients: Bundt cake tin (Ø 22cm)
175g soft margarine or butter
3 eggs
125mL milk
Directions:
1. Grease the Bundt cake tin and preheat the oven
(top/bottom heat: around 170°C, Hot air: around 150°C)
2. Add the baking mix, margarine or butter, eggs and milk to a mixing bowl
3. Using a stirrer, work briefly on the lowest setting and then on the highest setting
for about 3 minutes to form a smooth dough
4. Pour the dough into the mold and smooth it out
5. Bake in the oven, bottom shelf, for about 55 minutes
6. Let stand in the tin for 10 minutes, then remove from the tin
and let cool on a cake rack
for the glaze:
1. Bring water to a boil in a pot
2. Remove the pot from the heat and place the bag with the glaze in it,
leave it there for about 10 minutes
3. Dry the bag and knead vigorously, then cut it open
and spread the icing over the cake
