Basic preparation for pastries:
Replace 1/3 of the amount of wheat flour in the recipe with Gustin.
This gives the dough a particularly fine structure
Basic additives for binding liquids:
Stir the appropriate amount of Gustin with a portion of the respective
amount of cold liquid until smooth.
Bring the remaining liquid to the boil, stir in the mixed Gustin
and bring everything to the boil again while stirring
