Additional Ingredients: Springform pan Ø 26cm (some fat, some wheat flour)
250g soft butter (or 100g margarine and 150g butter)
4 eggs
500g quark
300g yogurt

Directions:
1. Preheat the oven (top/bottom heat: around 180°C, hot air: around 160°C)
2. Grease springform pan
3. Put the baking mixture in a mixing bowl,
add 100g butter or margarine and 1 egg
4. Process everything into crumbles using a mixer (stirrer) at the lowest setting
5. Spread 2/3 of the sprinkles on the bottom of the springform pan and press
down to create a base
6. Knead the remaining sprinkles into a smooth dough and shape into a roll on a
lightly floured work surface
7. Place the remaining dough (roll) on the dough base and press it against the
mold to create a 3cm high edge

for the covering:
1. Melt 150g butter
2. Pour the mixture for the topping into a mixing bowl,
add 3 eggs, quark and yoghurt
3. Stir with the mixer (stirrers) at the lowest setting until smooth
4. Stir in the melted butter at the lowest setting and pour the mixture into the mold
and stir until smooth
5. Place the dish in the lower third of the preheated oven and bake for about 55 minutes
6. Let the cake cool in the tin on a cake rack
7. only then remove the cake from the mold using a knife
8. Sprinkle decorative sugar on top shortly before serving
