Dr. Oetker Pancake Mix with Raisins

This is a lightly sweetened pancake mix that contains raisins.
Additional Ingredients: 200mL milk
1 Egg
(makes 2 servings)
Directions:
1. Put the milk and egg in a mixing bowl, add the contents of the package and
mix until smooth with a whisk
2. Heat some margarine in a coated pan (Ø 28cm), pour in the dough and
bake over medium heat until golden brown
3. Using two spatulas, first quarter the dough, which is still a little runny
on the surface, then turn it over
4. Tear the dough into small pieces and bake until golden brown
