Additional Ingredients: 250mL Liquid
(water, fruit juice and/or canned liquid)
Directions:
1. Mix 1 packet of cake icing with 2 level tablespoons of sugar in a small saucepan
2. Gradually pour in 250mL of liquid and stir until smooth with a mixing spoon
(*if using canning liquid for apricots, peaches or plums, add an additional 3 tablespoons of liquid; for cherries, please mix canning liquid and water in equal parts)
3. Bring the liquid to the boil and bring to the boil briefly, stirring constantly
4. Immediately spread the cake icing evenly over the cake using a tablespoon
from the center and allow to set
