By bending the metal plate carefully you release the heat. For reuse just put in boiling water for 5-10 minutes. Not suitable for children under 3 years old.
Reuse:
(When the gel sachet is cold and hard.) Carefully place the sachet in a pot of boiling water. Simmer for approximately 10-15 minutes,
until the crystals in the sachet have dissolved.
Carefully remove from the boiling water and allow to cool.
The sachet can be reused dozens of times. Repeat the steps above. Activate only when cold!
