Directions:
1. Stir the contents of the bag into 750mL cold water
2. Let the mixture swell for 10 minutes
3. Form approx. 12 dumplings with moistened hands
( If desired, place toasted white bread cubes in the middle of the dumplings )
4. Place in plenty of boiling, lightly salted water and bring to the boil briefly
5. Simmer in an open pot over low heat for 20 minutes
