1. bring 500mL water with 4g salt to the boil
2. Remove the pot from the stove
3. Add 200mL cold milk
4. Stir in the contents of the package (one bag)
and let it swell for about 1 minute, then stir again
Tip: You can refine the puree by adding butter after the first stir
