Directions:
1. Place the dumplings in the cooking bag in a pot of cold,
lightly salted water and let them soak for about 10 minutes
2. Dumplings must be covered with water and turn occasionally
3. Bring the water with the dumplings to the boil and let them cook for about 2 minutes
4. Let it steep in the open pot over low heat for 15 minutes
5. Remove the dumplings and rinse briefly under cold water
6. Remove the dumplings from the cooking bag and serve hot
