Knorr Fix spice mix for Oven Roasted Stuffed Peppers

Additional Ingredients: 4 peppers
300g lean minced meat
1 can of corn (285g)
50g cheese
Directions:
1. Cut off the tops of the peppers and remove the seeds
2. Saute the minced meat in 2 tablespoons of oil
3. Pour in 250mL cold water and stir in the gefuellte Ofen-Paprika Fix and let it boil
4. Remove the pot from the heat and stir in 1 can of corn
5. stuff the peppers with the mixture
6. Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish and sprinkle 50g cheese over them
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 200ºC for approx. 20-25 minutes
8. Rice or wild rice tastes good with this
