Additional Ingredients: 250g mushrooms
250g lean minced meat
Directions:
1. clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices
2. Saute the minced meat in 1 tablespoon of hot oil
3. Add the mushrooms and let them fry for 3 minutes
4. Pour in 250mL cold water and stir in the Hackfleisch Jaeger Art Fix
5. Let the dish come to the boil while stirring
6. Simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes, stir every now and then
7. The perfect complement is pasta and green beans
