Additional Ingredients: 3 Schnitzels
250g Mushrooms
Directions:
1. Sauté the Schnitzels in 2 tablespoons of hot oil and remove from the pan
2. Cut the mushrooms into small pieces and Sauté them briefly in the frying fat
3. Add 250mL cold water and stir in the Jaeger Schnitzel Fix, let the sauce cook for 1 minute
4. add the schnitzels to the sauce
