Knorr Fix spice mix for Potato Gratin
Knorr Fix Kartoffel Gratin

Additional Ingredients: 600g potatoes
3 tbsp cooking cream
50g cheese
Directions:
1. Peel the potato and cut into thin slices
2. Stir the Kartoffel Gratin Fix in 350mL cold water and 3 tablespoons cooking cream
3. Add the potato slices to the sauce, bring to the boil while stirring and
cook over low heat for 3 minutes
4. Pour the mixture into a shallow baking dish and sprinkle 50g of grated cheese over it
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 30-40 minutes

Tip: is a delicious side dish or becomes the main course with a large portion of vegetables
