Additional Ingredients: 250g lean minced meat
1 can of chopped tomatoes
6 lasagne plates
100g cream legere (Crème fraîche)
50g cheese
Directions:
1. Saute the minced meat in 1 tablespoon of hot oil
2. add 1 can of chopped tomatoes and 350mL cold water
3. Stir in the Lasagna Fix and let the sauce boil while stirring
4. Layer sauce and 6 lasagne plates in a baking dish.
Start with sauce and end with it
5. Spread 100g of creme legere (creme fraiche) and the grated cheese over it
6. Bake the lasagna in a preheated oven at 200ºC for about 35 minutes
