Knorr Fix for Pepper Cream Medallions

Additional Ingredients: 450g pork fillet
50mL cooking cream

Directions:
1. Cut pork fillet into 6 pieces (medallions)
2. Sauté on both sides in 1 tablespoon of hot oil and remove from the pan
3. Add 200mL cold water and 50mL cooking cream to the pan
4. Stir in the Knorr Fix pepper cream medallions
5. Bring the sauce to the boil and let it cook for 1 minute while stirring
6. Let the Saute medallions warm in the sauce
