Knorr Fix Salmon on Spinach

An aromatic blend of herbs and spices to make into a sauce that can be drizzled over salmon and spinach and then baked in the oven.

Directions:
1.Thaw 225g of frozen spinach. Squeeze out any excess water and spread it in a shallow baking dish. Place 250g of fresh, thawed, or frozen salmon fillet on top.
2. Stir the seasoning mix into 200ml of heavy cream or vegetable cooking cream. Let the sauce thicken for 1 minute. Then pour it over the salmon and spinach.
3. Bake the salmon in a preheated oven at 200°C (175°C fan-assisted) for 20-25 minutes. Frozen fish will need about 10 minutes longer.
Serve with rice.
