Additional Ingredients: 500g lean pork
Directions:
1. Saute the lean pork (e.g. from the leg) all over in 1 tablespoon of hot oil
2. Pour in 400mL of water, stir in the Schweine-Braten Fix and bring everything
to the boil while stirring
3. Cover and let the meat simmer over low heat for about 1 hour
4. Turn the meat halfway through the cooking time
5. If necessary, add some water
Enjoy!
Tip: Potato dumplings and red cabbage taste good with it
