Knorr Fix Spaghetti Carbonara

Directions:
1. Cook 300g of spaghetti.
2. Dice 100g of cooked ham. Heat the ham cubes in a saucepan with 1 tbsp of hot oil.
3. Pour in 375ml of cold milk (1.5% fat). Whisk in the seasoning mix.
4. Bring the sauce to a boil, stirring constantly. Let it simmer over low heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Pour the sauce over the drained spaghetti. A fresh green salad goes well with this.
