Knorr Fix Spice mix for Cream Sauce Sliced Wild Mushrooms Vegetarian
Knorr Fix Waldpilz-Rahm Geschnetzeltes

Additional Ingredients: 350g Schnitzel meat
250g mushrooms
100ml cooking cream
50g cheese
Directions:
1. Cut the Schnitzel meat into strips and cut the mushrooms into slices
2. Distribute the meat and mushrooms in a shallow baking dish
3. Stir the Waldpilz-Rahm Geschnetzeltes Fix in 100mL cold water and 100mL cooking cream
4. Pour the sauce over the meat and mushrooms
5. sprinkle 50g grated cheese over it
6. Bake in the preheated oven at 200ºC for about 30 minutes

Tip: pasta and carrots go well with this
