Mondamin Fine Cornstarch is versatile for baking and cooking

Bake:
If you replace some of the flour with Mondamin potato starch, your cakes,
tarts and cookies will be particularly fine, sandy, crumbly and tender

Dessert:
Mondamin potato starch gives your desserts, such as red grits,
a particularly light and fine consistency.
Simply stir the potato starch in cold liquid (water, milk or juice).
Add to the boiling liquid while stirring and let it boil briefly.

Soups and sauces:
