for approx. 250mL sauce, 2 heaped tablespoons (25g) of the sauce thickener

Directions:
1. Bring liquid (e.g. broth or roasting grounds) to the boil
2. Stir in Mondamin roux and cook for 1 minute
3. Thicken as desired and bring the sauce to the boil again
4. Season and refine according to taste
