For 250mL sauce you need 3 level tablespoons (18g) of sauce thickener
Directions:
1. Bring liquid (e.g. broth or roasting grounds) to the boil
2. Stir in the sauce thickener and let it cook for 1 minute
3. Thicken as desired, while allowing the sauce to boil again
4. Season and refine according to taste
