1. Place dumplings in a cooking bag in a pot of cold, salted water
2. Bring the dumplings to the boil briefly and then let them simmer
over low heat for 15 minutes
3. Remove the dumplings and briefly run them under cold water
4. Carefully tear open the cooking bag and serve the dumplings
