Recheis produces their whole wheat pasta from 100% whole-grain durum wheat semolina and fresh mountain water from the Karwendel nature reserve. During the milling process, the bran and germ of the durum wheat grain are also processed. The light color of their whole-wheat pasta results naturally from a special milling method. Because whole-grain durum wheat semolina is a purely natural product, slight variations in pasta color may occur. This pasta is vegan certified.
