Mix potato flour in cold liquid,
then add it to the hot food and let it boil briefly

Cakes, tarts and pastries, for example, become particularly
fine and fluffy with RUF potato flour.
To do this, replace a third of the flour with the same amount of RUF potato flour

Quantities for 500mL liquid you need:
- for soups 15-20g
- for sauces 20-25g
- for creams 25-35g
- for pudding and fruit dishes 35-45g
