Freybe’s Swiss Farmer Sausage is handcrafted the traditional European way from carefully selected pork and spiced with pepper, ginger, coriander and cardamom. This unique sausage is hand-dipped in caramel before it is fermented, smoked and air dried, giving it a beautiful black exterior and a savoury bite full of bold, smoky flavour.
