We want every experience with us – in store or online – to be a great one. We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to your satisfaction and provide you excellent customer service and knowledge in addition to excellent products.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns within 15 days of your receiving the order for an exchange. Please note:

  • Food-related items cannot be returned or exchanged for health and safety reasons

  • Items must be in saleable condition and in their original packaging

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Collect and COD returns will not be accepted

Shipping:

Orders are currently shipped within Canada via Canada Post.

Available services:

    • Expedited Parcel – standard delivery

    • Xpress Post – faster delivery

    • Priority – fastest delivery

No shipping to the United States at this time.

Certain hazardous, heavy, or oversized items may require shipping charges beyond what was calculated at checkout. In such cases, the customer will be contacted prior to shipment and given the option to proceed or cancel the order for a full refund.

Shipping charges and applicable taxes are confirmed at the time of fulfillment. Where a variance exists between the amount collected at checkout and the final confirmed amount, the difference will be charged or refunded to the credit card.

Non-Shippable Items

Deli, meat, and cheese products cannot be shipped. Any such items included in a shipping order will be removed and the cost refunded.

Processing & Delivery Times

Orders require up to 5 business days for processing, in addition to Canada Post's estimated delivery times. Processing times may vary during high-volume periods.

Order Cancellation

If shipping terms cannot be agreed upon by both parties prior to shipment, the order will be cancelled and refunded in full.

In-Store Pickup

A minimum order of $30 is required for in-store pickup.

Upon completion of an online order, a confirmation email will be sent with options to select a preferred pickup date and time. If this email is not received, please contact us by phone.

Out-of-town customers wishing to pick up in store should enter the Edelweiss Imports address (1921 20 Ave NW, Calgary, AB) as the shipping address at checkout — this will make the "In-Store Pickup" option available.
